On March 16, 2020 the Supreme Court of the State of New Hampshire issued “Order Suspending In-Person Court Proceedings” following the March 13, 2020 declaration of a State of Emergency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Pursuant to the Order, all in-person proceedings in the Circuit, Superior and Supreme Courts will be suspended from close of business on March 16, 2020 through April 6, 2020.
