Attorney David P. Azarian graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1980 with a B.A. Degree in Political Science, and from Ohio Northern University School of Law in 1985 with a Juris Doctor Degree. Attorney Azarian is admitted to the practice of law in the State of New Hampshire, including the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire and United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He also handles matters before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and has argued cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
Attorney Azarian's areas of practice include all aspects of consumer and business bankruptcy and reorganization, creditor and debtor's rights, commercial contracts, out-of-court negotiations with creditors, negotiations with the IRS, business formations and start-ups, and business sales and acquisitions.
Attorney Azarian is a member of the New Hampshire and Strafford County Bar Associations, as well as a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. He has been a featured speaker at the annual Northeast American Bankruptcy Institute Conference, and is a former president of the Strafford County Bar Association. He is a member of the Rules Advisory Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire.
He resides in Dover, New Hampshire with his wife and son.
